Frequently Asked Questions
Pricing and money
1) What is the average square footage price to build a Westin Home?
Home pricing is based on many factors that can affect the final price. For instance, the size and shape of a home, adding porches, size of garage, exterior finish options, roof pitch, decorative doors, windows, flooring, countertops, crown molding, the list is quite extensive. All of this can put the cost of a typical 2,000 square foot home from $75.00 per square foot to $125.00 per square foot for the same house. This is why it is so important to meet with one of our sales consultants for an EasyBuild Consultation and they can discuss with you a detailed list of all of the items and amenities that you want for your new home.
2) Do you have a price list for your floorplans?
Prices can be provided by contacting one of our sales consultants, but due to the constantly changing market conditions we do not put prices on the internet.
