We have been in our Westin home since the summer of 2008, and have been very happy with our experience. When looking for homes in Ocean Springs, no other builders offered the quality construction combined with great value of the Westin homes. The design of our home fits our growing family perfectly with large open family areas and spacious bedrooms. We love the kitchen with top-rate appliances and a large island where the whole family can gather.
Our home was not a custom home (it was already build when we were looking) but it fits our needs perfectly.
In addition to the home, the neighborhood has been great. The location is convenient to everything in Ocean Springs. Our neighbors are all good friends and it feels like a little community. We are in one of the best school districts on the coast, and we are within walking distance from an excellent school for the kids. The neighbors, the schools, and the homes with big yards make this a great neighborhood for families.

The construction process of our home in Ocean Springs has come to an end. The closing is tomorrow! Not long ago we stepped into the office of Westin Homes to inquire about constructing a house in Gulf Hills, not knowing if our dream would finally come through. Today we could state that Westin Homes made it happen. The dream did came true without nightmares. It was made possible by the people that work at Westin Homes. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and work hard to accomplish their goals in a family style manner. In fact, they made us feel like a part of their family. Although everybody in the "Westin Homes Family" shared in making it a good experience to be building a Westin Home, we want to especially thank the following individuals who we greatly value.
Tanya was the first person to introduce us to Westin Homes. She showed us the plans and the subdivisions. She insisted that Westin Homes could build any plan we desire and challenged us to bring our plans so the architect could put it down on proper format. The plan was completed in one week. Tanya was Westin Homes. She would follow up on our questions immediately. The next step was a list of choices any buyer has to decide on. Tanya explained everything on the list and suggested certain must haves; like the bathroom shower that looks great. During construction Tanya was the go to person for answers. She kept us informed of the progress by photographs and e-mails. Tanya is very proud to be working for Westin Homes.
Since finances are a very important part of the construction process, Ed was the next person that influenced us to feel very comfortable with Westin Homes. Our main concern was always about the unknown costs or cost over runs that might come up during the construction process. Thanks to Ed's knowledge of construction costs, there was no such thing as "additional costs".
Diana is an office manager, finance manager, and decorator. All of these traits are very important. Many times during the building process, we needed to determine where we were in the billing cycle with the bank. Diana had all the right answers. She was also very helpful with colors and making the design of the home look very elegant.
Lastly there is Rick, who ran the operations of the building. The whole construction process was like clock work. In everything he promised, Rick exceeded our expectations. There was not one instance where we disagreed with his explanation. When we discussed changes with Rick it was always a pleasant conversation, but at the end of the conversation there was always a paper given to us to initial to insure we were kept up to date with what was going on. Rick constructed this house as a peace of artwork.
In conclusion we want to thank the Westin Homes family for our home that you built in Gulf Hills. Every house has a story to tell. Thanks to you this home’s story has a wonderful start.

When we decided to relocate from Central Florida to Ocean Springs, MS, we conducted an extensive search of available homes in the area. We looked at both new construction, as well as older homes, in out attempt to find the best community to raise our young family. After weighing all of our options, we decided upon Westin Homes. We truly feel that our Westin Home is the best value for design, craftsmanship, and location.
